Our 12-week summer internship opportunity offers candidates working toward their Bachelor's in the field of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) exposure to a variety of assignments and experiences which could include: Safety Management Systems, Standard Work, Policies and Procedures, Lean Principles, Risk Assessment, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomic Assessment, Environmental Compliance, Sustainability, and Training. Interns will also gain exposure to a variety of operations and sales processes and interact with layers of leadership, focused within the Field Organization. Examples of Key Responsibilities · Assist in the development and implementation of programs and initiatives aimed at fostering a positive safety culture within the organization. This includes actively participating in safety meetings, conducting safety audits, and analyzing leading indicators to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
