Executive & Major Gift Officer Support** + Manage calendars, schedule donor meetings, and coordinate travel logistics for Executive Directors and Major Gift Officers. + Prepare donor profile documents and meeting materials for donor visits and fundraising events. + Monitor and follow up on action items related to donor cultivation, solicitation and stewardship strategies. + Provide support as needed for Foundation Board meetings. + Process and track expense reports, mileage logs, and reimbursement. + Assist with purchase orders and ensure proper documentation. **3. What you will do * Demonstrate proficiency in unit specific skill including knowledge and required proficiency to deliver safe patient care. * Demonstrate specific aspects of care of mental illnesses, psychiatric disorders, addictive disease symptoms, effects and treatment. * Complete activity therapy assessment within 72 hours of admission. * Make treatment recommendations which are individualized to circumstances and needs of each patient. * Interpretations are accurate and useful. * Recommendations are clinically sound and demonstrate ability to assess all levels of care. * Performs complete evaluation in correlation with patient's diagnosis, symptoms, medical history and referral per policy and procedure. * Participates in the formulation of patient's treatment plans including the establishment of treatment goals and objectives. * Provide activity therapy groups to patients using various professional modalities that are age appropriate. * Sufficiently plans, prepares and administers groups in a timely fashion. * Completes therapy as directed by the Psychiatrist and department P&P. * Completes documentation reflecting appropriate care in accordance with established department policy re: time frame of assessment, frequency of documentation and information to be included in documentation. Qualifications EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in Therapeutic Recreation, Recreational Therapy or related field required. Three or more years' experience in recreation in a healthcare setting with knowledge of patient population served by the facility required. Previous experience in recreation in a healthcare setting is preferred. LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS: Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) or currently in the process of obtaining national certification; OR certified in the area of specialty (Art, Dance, Music, etc.) CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility). First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.
