Jane Desmond is a Chief Operating Officer at HCT Group and VP of Customer Success at Hello Heart and is based in Londres, Spain. She has worked as Customer Service Director at City Link, Marketing and Donor Relations at mothers2mothers, and Various Senior Management Roles at Granada TV Rentals. Jane studied at Saint Angela's Stevenage, UCLA between 2012 and 2016, and Oxford Brookes University between 1997 and 2000.

Jude is Deputy Chief Executive of HCT Group and has served in this capacity since 1995. Her role is to grow the organisation in a rapid and sustainable way, including acquisitions and mergers for the Group. She chairs our regional committees to ensure our social impact services remain accountable to local communities. Widely respected in the transport industry, Jude currently serves on a number of transport committees, including the Department for Transport’s working party on independent travel training. Jude is currently leading a partnership with two local authorities on a pilot to transform day centre transport block contracts into a personalised service, able to respond to Direct Payments and user choice.
