This is a great place to work! Excellent customer service is reinforced through the concept of keeping employees happy. The opportunities, incentives, benefits and work environment is among the best I've experienced.

Opportunities are abundant, however it is a company that retains employees which ultimately increases the competition for these opportunities.

There's a ton of benefits and incentive like reimbursement for clothing and shoes, generous contributions to 401k, market sharing, company supplied personal vehicles and enabling the entire company to experience a trip to Las Vegas. My personal favorite is the food! We have an awesome manager at the Yakima Branch who regularly ensures we are well fed! I initially considered myself as "just a warehouse worker" But at HD Fowler, I feel equally important. To elaborate, I was even treated to a highly rated steakhouse, just for my interview.

I can't think of a way to improve the culture, infact this is the only employer that I've never heard anyone talk negatively about. Absolutely everyone I've met in the company has nothing but positive things to say.
