Dave Flitman is the president and chief executive officer of Builders FirstSource. He also serves on the board of directors for Builders FirstSource and Veritiv Corporation. Mr. Flitman has built a career out of leading distribution businesses across various industries. He was president and CEO of BMC Stock Holdings Inc. prior to a 2021 merger with Builders FirstSource. Mr. Flitman has also held executive leadership positions at Performance Foodservice, Univar USA, Ecolab, Nalco and Allegheny Power. He started his career at DuPont after graduating from Purdue University with a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering. Mr. Flitman is a strong supporter of the U.S. military and is passionate about hiring and advancing veterans in his organizations. He is also a proud supporter of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and its fight against cancer.

Christophe Beck is president and chief executive officer of Ecolab Inc., the global leader in water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions and services that protect people and vital resources. Prior to becoming president and chief executive officer on Jan. 1, 2021, Beck was Ecolab’s president and chief operating officer. Beck has held several senior leadership roles at Ecolab, including executive vice president and president of the Global Industrial Group; executive vice president and president of Nalco Water, an Ecolab company; and executive vice president and president of International Regions. Previously, Beck was executive vice president and president of Global Integration, overseeing the integration of Nalco following Ecolab’s acquisition of the company in 2011. His earlier roles at Ecolab include executive vice president, Institutional Sector; senior vice president and general manager, Institutional Foodservice - North America; and senior vice president, Corporate Marketing and Strategy. Prior to joining Ecolab in 2007, Beck was senior executive at Nestlé for 16 years, where he ran several of the company’s major businesses. Earlier in his career, he worked on a space shuttle project for the European Space Agency. In 2006, Beck was nominated as a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum for his accomplishments and commitment to shape a better world. Beck holds a master’s degree in Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology and serves on the institution’s strategic advisory board. Michele Buck is excited to bring more than 25 years of consumer packaged goods experience to her role as Hershey’s 12th President and Chief Executive Officer. She has two important roles - mom and business leader - that fulfill her life and she’s motivated by harnessing others’ strengths, expertise and perspectives. Buck has held several senior leadership roles within the company. Most recently, she served as Chief Operating Officer, leading Hershey’s day-to-day North American operations and overseeing Hershey’s operations in Central and South America. Before joining Hershey in 2005, Buck served 17 years at Kraft/Nabisco in numerous senior positions and at the Frito-Lay division of PepsiCo. She serves on the Board of Directors at New York Life, and as a Benefit Co-Chair for the Children’s Brain Tumor Foundation. A native of central Pennsylvania, Buck earned a Bachelor’s degree at Shippensburg University and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Pietro Satriano is a Board Member at CARMAX INC and Chairman/CEO at Usf Holding Inc. and is based in Chicago, Illinois. He has worked as Executive Vice President, Food Segment at Loblaw; Associate at Boston Consulting Group (BCG); and Exec VP:Food at Loblaw Cos Ltd. Pietro works or has worked as BOARD MEMBER at Longo's, President at Loyaltyone, and BOARD MEMBER at CANADIAN SPRINGS. He attended Phillips Exeter Academy between 1980 and 1981, Harvard Business School between 1990 and 1992, and Harvard University between 1982 and 1985.

Macpherson is Grainger’s Chairman of the Board, a role he has held since October 2017, and Chief Executive Officer, a position assumed in October 2016 at which time he was also appointed to the Board of Directors. He served as Chief Operating Officer for Grainger from August 2015 through September 2016.
