Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The total Compensation range for this position is $48,700-$73,000 which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance, per plan terms after completion of the comprehensive paid training program. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.

Business Solutions Specialist, Senior Living/Acute Care
This position is responsible for general custodial care of the facility and sanitation activities of the warehouse under general supervision. Performs all duties safely, accurately, and meets all set productivity goals **RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Perform all custodial duties throughout the entire facility which includes dusting, sweeping, washing, wiping, scrubbing, shoveling, and mopping. Often required to climb ladders to perform these duties.
