Pros of working at HD Supply

Great coworkers and leadership. Awesome benefits, 401k, healthcare, gym membership, office environment, proximity to city/airport/Battery ATL.

Cons of working at HD Supply

Made a bad hire in management and took too long to fix it. Ended up losing an entire department of more than a dozen employees in less than a year before the bad hire was properly addressed.

Pros of working at HD Supply

Nights & weekends off.

Cons of working at HD Supply

Culture is built on fear of loosing your job. Seems to come from the top down. Favoritism is blatant. Two reps can have the exact same performance, but the favorite will advance while the non favorite will get disciplinary actions.

HD Supply benefits

Nights & weekends off. High deductible health insurance only pays a percentage of name brand prescriptions. This means some meds could actually cost more than reps take home pay.
