Qualifications:
To be a Head Cashier at Sprouts Farmers Markets you must:
Be at least 18 years of age; possess a high school diploma or GED, and 1-2 years of recent cashiering experience supplemented with leadership training.
Be dependable and reliable having the ability to work a flexible schedule that changes as the business changes; including nights, weekends and holidays.

Requires strong attention to detail and proficiency with numbers; proficient in cash handling and mathematical skills; ability to read, write and count.

What you'll need:
Valid Driver's License
Previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry or at least a willingness to learn all things auto parts
High School Diploma or GED. Technical or Trade school courses or degree
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Great listening skills and empathy for customer
Ability to work on or around an airport environment in a shop environment
And if you have this, even better (not a deal breaker if you don't):
Background and/or passion for automotive industry, heavy equipment, farm industry, diesel, marine, or dealership
Experience in airport ground support equipment
Knowledge of cataloging, sourcing, AND/OR inventory management systems, a plus
Entirely customer-centric (external/internal)

This position offers a starting hourly rate of $21. Many of our hourly positions have pay progression with set starting rates and you reach the top end of this range within 12 months of hire. For other positions, the starting rate will be determined based on individual skills, experience, and qualifications.
