In this role, you will assist customers with purchases, recommend wireless products and plans, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner Process sales transactions, payments, returns, and phone activations Recommend smartphones, prepaid wireless plans, and accessories based on customer needs Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals Maintain organized product displays, inventory, and store cleanliness Assist customers with billing questions and basic technical troubleshooting Stay informed on current promotions, pricing, and products Qualifications: Bilingual Spanish/English preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Previous retail, cashier, or sales experience preferred (not required) Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Comfortable learning new technology and point-of-sale systems Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay + performance-based commission Paid training and ongoing coaching Employee discounts on phones, plans, and accessories Opportunities for career growth within Total Wireless Supportive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment Disclaimer: This position does not have a fixed store assignment.
