Your Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for three key areas: business development, funnel management (sales pipeline) and leading the Key Account and BDM departments.
Together with your team of around 10 experienced key account managers and business development managers, you will be responsible for leading our existing customers and realizing business growth by winning new customers across all segments. A key strategic goal is shifting towards more efforts in hunting and to increase the growth of business in Finland and Europe.
Our potential customers include both well-known international brands but also mid-sized companies. We already own a large market share in Europe and have a strong reputation in the market.
Furthermore, you will:

The Head Manager of Operations will directly manage all current store managers, supervisors and crew members, and will be working hand-in-hand with ownership.
This role will have a substantial impact on the ultimate success of the entire organization because they will be trusted to unlock the potential within each store. This is a role for someone who wants to be in the stores day in and day out, who wants see the fruit of their labor pay off, and who wants massive upside potential. Work Duties involves:
- Human resource responsibilities: Accomplish restaurant human resources objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; Communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job offerings; planning and reviewing payment actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
- Achieve restaurant operational objectives (including sales and labor goals) by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
