About the role

Requirements
Pursuing or completed an undergraduate/graduate degree in a related major.
Represent the Arroyo Seco Saints exhibiting a high-level of professionalism at all times.

Notes & Time Commitments
This position eligible for a $1,000 award, distributed at the conclusion of the staff-season (post Breakdown and Storage).
The position is also eligible as a college credit internship. Applicants not in need of credit may still apply.
All intern staff will be required to participate (in-person or by conference call) in an introductory meeting in late May.
Hours Will Vary. Game Days are typically 1:00-10:00 p.m. Non-game days are on an as-needed basis.
Some remote hours will be required to complete tasks within allotted time frames.
All interns will be required to commit for the duration of the season (exceptions for varying school start/stop dates will be reviewed on an individual basis).
The term of the season can include up to two (2) weeks prior and two (2) weeks after the beginning and ending of the game schedule.
The Saints college summer season runs June to early August.
Ability to begin remote work before the season begins is a plus.

Given the Accelerate programs' importance for the Enrollment Management department, Accelerate is looking for a Student Life Manager, Boston that will lead a team to provide exceptional support for the participants for the duration of the Boston programs. The Student Life Manager, Boston will supervise and provide leadership to the Student Life Team. They will oversee staff and support the planning and execution of program events.
The Student Life Manager, Boston will work in collaboration with campus partners to support a positive and safe program experience for Accelerate participants. This role will involve both relationship building with participants and families as needed and providing stellar customer service. They will appropriately manage student conduct and escalate issues as appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Demonstrated experience in leadership and/or supervising direct reports.

* Review analysis of activities, costs, operations and forecast data to determine progress toward stated business development goals and objectives. Review and evaluate station P & L performance and establish short-term goals to address any budgetary shortfalls. Oversee business development, sales and marketing and new account development to ensure that maximum transportation revenue is generated for the station.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Job Purpose
The Procurement Team Lead supervises a team that performs direct Purchasing work for PS&P manufacturing sites and supports Procurement Unit Lead and Department Lead with operation, resource, and performance responsibilities to realize business plan objectives.
Key Accountabilities
Manage the collection, accuracy, reporting, and visualization of Department Key Performance Indicators (KPI) related to New Model and Mass Production duties. Use data to conduct PDCA analyses of Plan vs Actual (PvA) differences as required.
Develop strategies to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency across different functions within the team. Provide leadership in procurement methods to guide the team in balancing priorities, overcoming obstacles, applying best practices, and realizing business plan objectives.
Manage New Supplier Process (NSP) registration activity within team. Create and conduct training of NSP to team members. Create standard workflows and support critical issues as subject-matter-expert (SME) for NSP.
Handling of change requests from suppliers (DCR/CRF) to ensure accuracy and timely closure. Responsible for overseeing the entire process, ensuring requests are logged, assessed, and acted upon. Clearly document the change request process and make it accessible to all stakeholders.
Manage associate performance through annual review process with input from Unit Lead. Participate in the hiring process with Management to identify/select candidates for retaining target headcount level.
Manage onboarding process of new associates. Support associate training plans. Contribute to skill assessments within area of responsibility.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
