The Service Delivery Manager (SDM) is responsible for keeping the Service Delivery team on a challenging schedule during the growing seasons while gathering information for the potential rehabilitation and/or repair of stormwater wetlands, biofiltration systems, proprietary underground storage units, and drainage conveyance infrastructures utilizing Best Management Practices (BMP) for Stormwater Control Measures (SCM).
Specific duties include:
Leading a team of watershed management Service Technicians in maintaining and improving storm drainage systems to mitigate flooding and erosion
Identifying and documenting stormwater drainage issues needing repair.
Performing general environmental maintenance activities.
Operating and maintaining company landscaping equipment which includes a pick-up truck & trailer.
Disposing of sediment, trash, and debris from stormwater systems.
Performing physical labor in a variety of weather conditions.
Completing maintenance & inspection reports and tracking crew expenses
Consistently exectuing against company defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and applicable Service Level Agreements (SLA) to ensure uncompromised fulfillment of client's Scope of Work (SOW)
Position Requirements
Basic requirements:
Background check, driving record review, DOT physical, and drug test are part of the pre-employment process. Maintaining a DOT Health Card and insurable status under the company auto policy are an ongoing requirements of this position.
Possess an analytical approach to stormwater drainage management
Proficient with mobile technology (i.e. iPads, Laptops, Email, etc.)
The SDM must be willing to travel and be away from home 4-5 days per week
Able to perform duties in all types of weather conditions in order to monitor effectiveness of SCMs

Lead programs and manage relationships with external couriers and transportation providers supporting deliveries across the OhioHealth network and to patient homes.
Manage the cost structure and budgets across a matrixed cost center environment.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accountability for service metrics, routing efficiency, and utilization of services.
Collaborate with courier partners and internal teams to optimize and standardize delivery routes, aligning with patient care needs.
Facilitate governance meetings with partner teams and suppliers to drive performance and accountability.
25% - Fleet and EV Network Management
Oversee OhioHealth's fleet assets and electric vehicle charging network providing customer support and driving up-time improvement and network utilization.
Manage the relationship with the fleet management provider, supporting a program of 140+ vehicles including shuttles, ambulances, service trucks, mobile care sites, protective service cars, and delivery vans.
Develop, implement, and manage policies and procedures to manage OhioHealth's fleet while evaluating life cycle, maintenance, fuel program, and governance (title, taxes, licensing and permits).
Ensure effective utilization, maintenance, and strategic deployment of fleet resources.
Launch and lead continuous improvement projects aimed at reducing the fleet's collective greenhouse gas emissions in alignment with OhioHealth's sustainability goals and driving cost efficiencies and reductions.

Coach and mentor the Mail Services team to provide excellent customer service and support to our OhioHealth partner teams.

POSITION OBJECTIVE
Reporting to the Associate University Librarian for Creation & Curation Services, the Head of Technology and Digital Strategies coordinates, develops, advises, and supports when needed all library technology and digital strategies in collaboration with the Kelvin Smith Library leadership team. Systems include the library services platform, and infrastructure for resource preservation and access. The librarian is also responsible for oversight of desktop support and other technology equipment and resource needs. The Head of Technology and Digital Strategies serves as the primary contact and collaborator with the University s central IT department (UTech) to ensure efficient and effective technology support across all aspects of the library's strategic initiatives and operations. This position will work collaboratively with all library teams and play a leadership role in library-wide planning and decision-making as a member of the KSL Leadership Team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Provides creative and innovative leadership to the Kelvin Smith Library, collaborating across teams and externally. Communicates effectively and employs general management theories and practices. Plans for library or functional area(s), including the design and evaluation of policies, services, and programs. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

QUALIFICATONS
Education. Master's degree in Library/Information Science or an advanced degree in a relevant discipline and 6 years of relevant experience preferred.
Experience. The Head of Technology and Digital Strategies must have sufficient experience in libraries and library leadership, as well as implementation, administration, and assessment of complex technology and library systems.
Librarian Level: Appointment to the level of librarian assumes that all requirements of that level have been met and sustained, that the individual will demonstrate continued and outstanding growth in the profession and perform existing duties and responsibilities at the highest level. Librarian levels are outlined in the librarian assembly handbook.

Requirements
We are currently looking for a full time IT Operations Manager to be a financial hero to our members! This position is located at CME's administrative offices in Downtown Columbus, Ohio.
Oversee core credit union systems (e.g. M365, loan origination platforms, FICS, SQL Servers, ADFS) ensuring uptime, security, and performance.
Supervise IT operations staff and foster a culture of innovation, accountability and continuous improvement.
Responsible for adhering to NCUA regulations, cybersecurity standards and internal policies.
Manage relations with third-party vendors, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring.
Identify opportunities to optimize IT processes and implement automation where feasible, work with other departments to align technology initiatives.
Oversee help desk operations and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
To complete this mission, our hero needs to be a self-motivated and empathetic team player with great communication and leadership skills. Our hero also needs to be an organized, problem solver with strong project management and analytical skills. Being technology advanced with strong ethics and attention to detail is also a must.
At a minimum, our hero needs to have a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of experience in IT operations. ITIL, CISSP, or CISM certifications are a plus. Financial institution experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:
LEADERSHIP

Set goals and objectives, determine appropriate corrective action and document employee performance throughout the year.

Strong stress tolerance and ability to lead effectively in challenging situations.

Safety & Physical Demands:
