The salary range for zone 1 (all states, excluding those in zone 2 or zone 3, and D.C.) is $239,300 - $255,700.
The salary range for zone 2 (CO, HI, MD, RI) is $263,200 - $280,000.
The salary range for zone 3 (AK, CA, CT, MA, NJ, NY, WA) is $275,200 - $280,000.
All zones are eligible for equity in the form of stock options and an annual bonus.

The HR Data & Systems Sr. Manager will report to the CHRO and is responsible for the strategic oversight, integration, and optimization of all HR systems and platforms, including ADP Workforce Now, Cornerstone, applicant tracking systems, background check solutions, training/learning, and performance review systems. This role leads system implementations, improves system utilization, and delivers workforce insights that shape organizational decision-making. This role plays a critical part in managing employee data, configuring system functionality, developing dashboards, and supporting HR operations. Lead the administration, integration, and optimization of HR systems (ADP WFN, Cornerstone, ATS, background check, LMS/training).
Drive the design, testing, and implementation of new HR technologies, upgrades, and vendor integrations.
Build advanced reporting, dashboards, and analytics to inform strategic workforce planning and compliance.
Collaborate with HR Leaders to align technology with company priorities and growth.
Maintain system security, data governance, and compliance with privacy and regulatory standards (ACA, HIPAA, OFCCP, etc.).
Ensure data accuracy and integrity through audits, reconciliations, and governance processes.
Configure and manage system workflows, business rules, user permissions, and approval structures to support operational needs while ensuring compliance and data security.

Develop roadmaps, SOPs, and user training to enhance system adoption and effective use.

Required Skills:
Strong HRIS experience (ADP Workforce Now preferred), with exposure to Cornerstone LMS and Performance Management, ATS, and background check systems.
Proven success leading implementations, vendor selection, and integrations across multiple platforms.
Advanced analytics/reporting skills (Excel, BI tools, or similar).
Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and data security requirements.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for HR and business leaders.
Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver innovative solutions.
