GENERAL FUNCTION:
As part of 5/3's growing digital marketing team, this leadership role is responsible for account acquisition by developing strategic media plan, spearheading net new digital re-marketing capabilities, and managing the activation to deliver business results. The Performance Marketing Director will have close alignment and collaboration with business stakeholders to understand overall strategic objectives so that digital media and re-marketing plans can drive business outcomes.
