This highly motivated business operations and innovation strategist will identify new opportunities for the portfolio, refine the existing portfolio and build the pipelines for our Operations Innovation team. Responsibilities


Partner closely with Digital, Operational Functional leads, and IT to bring new capabilities to market. Help translate that strategy into a connected experience Manage a team of 20+ individuals including an Innovations lab and research and development to test and learn regarding new opportunities to improve the customer, employee experience as well as drive operational efficiencies from end-to-end Implement new, agile ways of working and a framework for evaluating, executing and integrating new capabilities and products Educate on the latest digital innovation including areas that will help the Operations team drive their objectives, their business and the customer experience Provide meaningful measurements and accompanying insights that represent progress against stated goals and key business metrics Analyze and synthesize key insights from analytics, user experience research, competitive and market analysis, and company information to provide context and perspective and to help drive priorities Accelerate core business innovation across Fraud and Disputes, Servicing, Cash and Check Management, Collections, ML/AI and Digital product segments Establish new business growth vectors and work with broader organization to deliver client-ready, scalable solutions Organize and host innovation-themed internal and external events to educate peers, further Chase's industry leadership position and increase collaborative opportunities Originate new innovation initiatives, present progress and outcomes to senior members of the Chase organization, including executive leadership


Qualifications
