The Lead Teacher is responsible for monitoring and providing support to the instructional area, ensuring that teachers are practicing good instructional management. When Directors are unavailable or not in the Center, the Lead Teacher serves as the point-of-contact for teaching staff and manages Center operations, ensuring a high quality personal customer experience. The Lead Teacher communicates staff performance, customer issues, and student progress to the Center's Director(s). The Lead Teacher also delivers instruction as needed. This is an in person part time position.
