Responsibilities



Schedule and Expectations Responsible for providing management coverage during all hours designated by the VP of Operations. Responsible for delivery of the studio trial process for all trial members during designated shifts. These processes will include but are not limited to delivering detailed studio tours, conducting trial member intakes, completing in-body scans and comprehensive planning sessions, and presenting membership pricing. Responsible for coaching a minimum of 12-15 classes per week. Trainer Management Responsible for vetting, conducting interviews, and hiring trainers, dependent on the need of the studio at any particular time. responsible for onboarding all training staff in alignment with the Hillcrest Health onboarding guidelines. Building, training, and leading a team that can provide a high-quality group training experience for our members. Create a schedule for the training team to ensure full class coverage 30 days in advance. Track, process, review, and submit studio payroll for approval in accordance with regularly scheduled payroll practices of the company in a timely manner depicted by company policy. Conduct performance reviews for the training team and ensure that each member of the training staff is accountable for their roles and responsibilities on an ongoing and consistent basis. Studio Maintenance Responsible for ensuring that the studio is impeccably maintained at all times. Responsible for conducting and managing studio equipment maintenance to ensure longevity.
