A maintenance technician is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing machinery, equipment, and systems within a facility. This role is essential for ensuring that all equipment is operating efficiently, minimizing downtime, and preventing costly breakdowns. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Comply with Eco Material Technologies' safety policies and procedures. Inspect machinery, equipment, and systems to identify issues and ensure they are functioning properly and efficiently. This includes conducting routine inspections, checking for leaks, and testing equipment. Perform preventive maintenance tasks to keep equipment in good working condition and prevent breakdowns. This can include lubricating moving parts, replacing worn-out components, and cleaning filters. Work with both electrical and mechanical systems within the facility. Respond to emergency repair requests to address urgent issues and minimize downtime. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including work orders, equipment manuals, and inventory. Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and other departments to coordinate work, share information, and address issues. Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and new maintenance techniques. Must keep work area clean and organized to ensure safety and efficiency. Generates work orders and closes them in operating systems once they are completed. May be required to be on-call. Regular attendance, timeliness, and scheduling flexibility. The Office Administrator manages the day-to-day operations of the organization's office and business functions. Basic Job Functions: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned turnkey projects following shipment. Schedule and coordinate installation services with contractors. Represent NWS in project meetings as required. Ensure on-time shipment of materials and accurate product counts for each assigned project. Coordinate with Accounting to invoice at defined project milestones in accordance with NWS terms and conditions. Oversee project execution to ensure contractual obligations are met on assigned projects. Provide or arrange training for customer personnel on proper operation of rack systems. Ensure installation contractors comply with all safety policies and protocols. Prepare and maintain reports related to project progress, costs, and scheduling.
