Pros of working at Headway Technologies

My boss is a great guy.

Cons of working at Headway Technologies

All you hear is vietnamese and philipino. All day everyday. The leads are not leaders. If you're not asian, you're not in the club. I've never experienced this amount of racism towards non-asians. Its almost to much.in fact it is to much and I am actively looking to leave asap.

My boss is great. Can't say I've seen anything that bad.

It's unimprovible at this point.

Took a shower, got dressed, told myself how good looking i was. Then off to the interview I went.

Well I'm below the poverty line for the bay area. I'm considered low income.

What's the diversity at Headway Technologies like?

It's all asian. There is no real diversity.

What brings you the most joy at Headway Technologies?

6 pm and the Indian lady on nights.
