Under the direction of the Operations Support Manager, the Logistics and Material Planner plays a critical role in optimizing the daily functions of the Stores department. In this capacity, this position will support various functions such as inventory management, materials and material handling, storage, and logistics. This position requires excellent skills in collaboration and communication as well as organization and planning.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Review and analyze inventory to ensure materials meet operational requirements and there is no overstock or shortages; uses inventory management system (Oracle) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
Continuously monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify and address areas of concern
Use critical thinking to manage competing priorities and easily adapts to changing business requirements
Conduct regular stock counts and audits; recommend corrective action if required
Oversee and execute receiving process to ensure incoming materials match PO's and meet quality requirements; oversee the shipping of repairs to outside vendors as needed
Maintain organized storage systems within the Stores area to ensure all materials are labeled correctly and readily available
Recommend continuous improvement activities which consistently improve the Stores function using industry best practices
Manage small projects of various size, scope, and budget
Collaborate with the Operations Support Manager to review and develop policies and procedures for the Stores area
Partner with other departments and stakeholders such as Equipment Maintenance, Production, and Purchasing to ensure efficient support for internal processes
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to resolve delivery or material discrepancies
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Perform other duties or projects as assigned by management*
Job Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate's degree in business administration, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain/Procurement and/or equivalent relevant experience
Five years of experience in inventory management or procurement in a semiconductor or manufacturing environment
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience using an ERP system such as Oracle, PeopleSoft, or SAP
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Applications
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

WORKING CONDITIONS:
The Logistics and Material Planner works primarily in a warehouse/office environment from Monday to Friday. SUMMARY:

SUMMARY:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Performs both scheduled and unscheduled electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs or maintenance to the interior or exterior of the facility
Performs both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of HVAC units, including packaging units, chiller/cooling tower systems; performs minor repairs to automation or environmental controls as needed
Reads, understands, and interprets schematic drawings such as hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, or plumbing diagrams
Enters, updates, and tracks work orders using in-house software application to ensure standards for customer service are consistently met
Uses power tools, calibration equipment, and other small hand tools to repair equipment, machinery, etc.

**The Quality Technician/Dye Penetrant -** Perform Level II Dye Penetrant Inspection on plastic parts by applying a fluorescent dye and developer, then after drying interpret surface discontinuities using a black light. Maintain inspection and process records. performs various inspection tasks using handheld measuring instruments and precision measurement equipment. Must be proficient at reading and interpreting drawings and specifications. Should also be familiar with sampling plans for inspection. The Quality Technician may support Receiving Inspection, Shipping Inspection, Final Inspection, Calibration, MRB, and Material Testing Laboratory. Some inspections may take place in a cleanroom environment either onsite or offsite.

**MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED**
+ High school diploma/GED
+ Minimum 2 years' industrial mechanic experience
+ Minimum 3-5yrs maintenance experience and troubleshooting capability with industrial manufacturing equipment
+ Basic knowledge on how to perform diagnostic/troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
+ Experience with routine maintenance operations
+ Familiar with a variety of hand and power tools
+ Ability to Operate a forklift as needed to complete duties
+ Ability to work independently in a busy environment
+ Ability to work in a team based environment with little to no supervision
+ Ability to clearly communicate both verbally and in writing
+ Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment.
+ Able to work well under pressure
+ Strong attention to detail.
+ Preferred or Desired Qualifications
+ 5+ years' industrial mechanic experience
+ Manufacturing experience in a team based environment
+ Self-starter, with developed analytical and troubleshooting skills
+ Familiarity with Safety Programs in a manufacturing facility
+ Personal Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation applications
+ Familiarity with World Class Manufacturing systems
+ Good understanding of quality and product specifications
+ Knowledge of safe operating procedures.

**WORKING CONDITIONS**
+ Work hours with occasional optional as well as mandatory overtime necessary to meet deadlines or objectives
+ Works in a manufacturing plant environment which may include exposure to industrial solvents, liquids and other materials.
+ Work with an awkward posture for 2 hours or more.
+ The working environment will extend to both hot and cold conditions Work in hot environments exceeding 110 degrees and dusty confined spaces.

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS**
+ Must be capable of wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) necessary to comply with government and company safety standards. Job includes tasks that require bending, lifting materials weighing up to 50 lbs., twisting, gripping and stair climbing. Willing and able to work at heights.

**Compensation**
Certain states require pay information be provided in job postings. The base pay for this position is $43.14 per hour plus shift differential of $0.60 for swing shift and $0.70 for night shift.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 9% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures.
