This position is primarily responsible for maintaining accurate, real-time records of all company inventory. The Inventory Control Specialist ensures inventory visibility, accuracy, and traceability across all locations, supporting manufacturing, logistics, and operations by monitoring stock levels, movements, and physical counts. The role focuses on data integrity, process discipline, and continuous improvement of inventory control practices.
Essential Functions
Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, components, work-in-process, and finished goods.
Monitor inventory levels and movement using computerized inventory control systems.
Perform regular cycle counts and coordinate periodic physical inventory audits.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, variances, and adjustments.
Ensure inventory transactions are properly recorded, including receipts, transfers, issues, and returns.
Coordinate with manufacturing, logistics, and warehouse personnel to ensure inventory accuracy and traceability.
Maintain location control and proper identification of inventory items.
Generate inventory reports for management as requested.
Support continuous improvement of inventory control processes and procedures.
Ensure inventory practices comply with Headworks' ISO, quality, and safety standards.
Assist with setup and maintenance of inventory items and system parameters.
Support shipping and receiving activities as needed to verify inventory accuracy.
Maintain organized and accurate inventory storage areas.
Adapt to changing schedules and operational priorities as required.
Requirements

Job Description
The CES ROC Operator position is responsible for safely operation and monitoring of photovoltaic solar power and Battery Storage plants located around the United States. The ROC Operations works on a Dupont shift rotation. This position will be for BESS primarily that involves schedule is 7 days on 7 days off rotation of 12 hr. on nights. This schedule will require you to work weekends and holidays. Additionally, this will transition into a Dupont schedule in Q1 2026. ROC Operator main duties include fault evaluation, alarm monitoring and troubleshooting, work order ticket creation, and support of field teams and remote commissioning testing of new Solar and Battery assets. Specific knowledge or work experience relating to Solar and BESS operations is not required but preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• The ROC Operator is responsible for directing, monitoring and coordinating the operation of CES Solar, BESS, and wind assets from the 24/7 Operations Control Center
• The ROC Operator ensures that operations comply with all applicable North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) standards and practices for Medium Impact Assets
• The ROC Operator will need to work independently with guidance only in complex situations
• Monitor real-time control center operations and the performance of CES's fleet of managed assets while applying established procedures in order to guarantee safety of company assets and personnel while maximizing availability and generation
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual requirements through adherence to all operational procedures, processes, and policies
• Report and document the status of forced and planned plant outages to Regional Transmission Organization / Independent System Operators (RTO/ISO)
• Evaluate system alarms and irregularities, taking corrective action as outlined in established guidelines while Ensuring quality and accuracy of real-time generation information being telemetered to RTO/ISO
• Dispatch field and emergency service personnel when appropriate
• Remotely direct electrical substation switching at facilities using a detailed understanding of the Company's electrical switching practices
• Assist Field Service Technicians with troubleshooting on a daily basis
• Record operating actions taken during shifts in the operator's log
• Utilize accurate and efficient three-part communication skills on inbound and outbound telephone conversations
• Complete ROC Operator qualification process/training.
• Complete applicable safety and regulatory/compliance training requirements
• Identify process improvements; include reduction of non-value-added operations, increased productivity opportunities, increased safety opportunities, etc.
• Adhere to cybersecurity protocols and best practices when using SCADA systems, remote access tools, and communication platforms to protect CES assets and data from unauthorized access.
• Maintain vigilance against phishing, malware, and other online threats by following CES safe online practices, promptly reporting suspicious activity, and completing required cybersecurity training

Experience/Qualifications/Education Required
• Associate's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent time in service in related solar and BESS, from a control room setting preferred.
• Strong understanding of electrical utility systems.
• Ability to use multiple SCADA software applications

• Compensation range will be determined by years of experience in power system operations, power production, or related energy operations

Role Summary
The project scheduler is responsible for creating, updating and maintaining the overall project schedule. The scheduler will need to coordinate with project contractors, suppliers the project team to develop, update and maintain up to a level 5 detailed schedule. The scheduler will coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning teams and all of the project Contractors and Suppliers.
The Scheduler will coordinate with the project controls team to understand the appropriate and allocated timelines for project activities and update the team with progress status. We are looking for the/a
Construction Project Manager
[Houston, TX, Colorado, or Arizona]
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the support of development, receive and sign off the assumption book of the project, and construction of solar energy projects, including our upcoming revamping and repowering plan and new greenfield projects. This may include maximizing efficiency in the implementation of detailed project plans, keeping track of goals, tasks, resources, schedules, costs, and contingencies. He/She must be able to effectively manage multiple competing demands on their time and attention while also working with external stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
Management of the construction site, Cost Management, Time Management, Quality Management, Contract Administration, Safety Management, defining the responsibilities and management structure of the project site team, organizing and leading by implementing project controls, defining roles and responsibilities and developing communication protocols, and identifying elements of project design and construction likely to give rise to disputes and claims.
• Where necessary support the transition from Development to execution of the project, this may include permitting, detailed design or contract negotiations.
• Ensure the implementation and compliance of highest standards of Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality on-site.
• Coordinate with the PMO, Contract Managers and other relevant support functions all projects activities, reporting.
• Monitor General Contractor's and sub-contractors' adherence to its Health and Safety policy including site safe working procedures and local regulations.
• Monitor the on-site construction team's performance, including holding meetings on a regular basis.
• The Construction Manager will be ContourGlobal's on-site representative managing the General Contractor relationship, including monitoring, measuring, evaluating and reporting the scheduled progress of the General Contractor to ContourGlobal Project Manager.
• Avoidance of delays, changes and disputes.
• Monitoring the compliance of the agreed General Constractor's standards for design and work of on-site technical, commercial and quality; this will include the adherence to ContourGlobal corporate standards. Enhancing project design and construction quality;
• Optimum use of design and construction firms' skills and talents;
• Coordinating with the General Contractor and ContourGlobal's subcontractors as required contract compliance, technical compliance, scope changes, change orders, ContourGlobal directed changes and extensions of time.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports (e.g. weekly, monthly and completion) in the standard format that demonstrate and provide information to Senior Management that the projects currently in execution are being managed for a successful outcome (including monthly cash flows and accounting as required).
• Ensure all project information is properly understood by site staff including costs, design, schedules, procurement, construction issues, contractor invoices and payments, funding requirements, change order notifications and any issues that would impact the construction progress of the CHP facility.
• Assist in developing and implementing contingency plans to recover project costs or schedule slippage together with the Senior Project Manager when necessary.
• Control of the scope of the work;
• Project scheduling;
• Optimum flexibility in contracting and procurement.
• Ensure owner furnished equipment is properly procured and delivered to the respective sites to avoid delays by the contractor and that the equipment is properly received by the contractor.
• Ensure timely resolution of issues and deficiencies and develop and implement contingency plans to recover project costs or schedule slippage when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related science and 10 years of experience including operational and management experience in engineering and construction in the solar field.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, technical excellence and management skills and strong planning and budgeting skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and motivational skills. Must be able to address issues with general contractor, sub- contractor and Owner Engineer in an effective manner to secure cooperation for the successful outcome of the project.
• Knowledgeable of project management and scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project.
• Must be able to travel within different sites in Italy on a regular basis and may be required to spend significant time on site if necessary.
Location: Colorado
Travelling: The Project manager is a local position (country/region/city/site) with the flexibility for commuting as required. Traveling locally or internationally is part of this function.
