Plan, direct and evaluate resident and employee health care in long-term care

Lamination-Laborer is to assist the operator with machine setup. Also will cut scrap, foil and primer pads when needed. Load and unload parts from baskets and stack them on the table. Feed and cut parts going into and coming out of the machine. Follow the general instructions of the operator.

1. Loading and unloading of parts from baskets and/or trailers.

6. Set drive and guide wheels.

11. Clean and prep glue head.
12. Set up slitter and cut foil to correct sizes.
13. Able to read and understand lamination prints.

15. Clean up after each run and prepare for the next.

Responsible for inspection of the strip surface through the entire exit section of the paint line identification of defective product. This includes determining whether a condition is evolving from the incoming material or being created by the paint line process.
Responsible for safely cutting and discharging finished coils from the exit section of the paint line
Responsible for quarantining defective product (using the HFI process), obtaining representative samples of defective product and notifying Quality Control when non-conforming conditions exist
Responsible for understanding and complying with the fundamental principles associated with the Quality and Environment Management Systems in place
Communicates daily with internal personnel from Maintenance, Operations and Quality Control to help resolve any problems and help achieve company goals

Job Title: Machine Operator Biscuit/ Bakery
Shift: 1st (6:00 AM - EOP) BISCUIT
1st (6:00 AM - 6:30 PM) BAKERY
(Starting and ending times may vary depending on production)
Job Description: Following established procedures and working under supervision, performs a variety of job duties in the BISCUIT production make-up and packaging operations, as needed, to cover call-offs and vacations. In addition, will have packaging and make-up responsibilities in BAKERY. Will work in whichever department is needed based on staffing. Heavy lifting may be required. Must be able to work on short notice. Will have sanitation duties as assigned. Maintain accurate records as required by CTS. Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.
Job Functions:
1) Review pertinent information with the previous shift i.e. mechanical issues etc.
2) Performs a variety of job duties in the production make-up and packaging operations, including covering call-offs and vacations
3) Responsible to pack on the line when not operating packaging equipment
4) Will back up and relieve the following positions: Set Up, Bagger/Robotics Op, and Basket Unstacker
5) Responsible for changing over, maintaining, cleaning, and operating equipment
6) Operator Driven Reliability required for changing and adjusting parts (belts, changeover parts)
7) Must be able to perform simple math functions (calculate percentages, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
8) Some heavy lifting required
9) Remove trash as necessary
10) Neatly and accurately fill out all necessary documentation (Ex. HACCP - CTS)
11) Maintain a safe neat and clean work area accordance with GMP and good housekeeping practices
12) Communicate with co-workers and supervisors
13) Follow all JSA guidelines

Work Conditions:
1) 8-12 Hour shift. Will receive 2 fifteen-minute breaks and one-half hour break when working biscuit. Will receive 3 fifteen-minute breaks and one-half hour break when working in the bakery. Overtime is required.
2) Environment - Noise levels will be minimal to moderate, and temperature will be controlled. Lighting is sufficient. There is a possibility of slippery footing from wet and dry ingredients.
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. As a Pulling & Staging Associate, the primary function of this position is to pull and stage products for customer delivery and installation. What You'll Do...
As a Warehouse Pulling & Staging Associate, your primary responsibilities will be to:
Pull Merchandise from rack system and load to staging area for delivery and install
Utilize proper material handling techniques when pulling, staging, and receiving to minimize damage to merchandise and personal injuries
Use appropriate inventory practices to scan when pulling, loading, and putting away product
Examine products for damages, documents reasons for damages, and notifies a supervisor
Unload containers to be received, labeled, and put away to inventory
Put away merchandise into rack system from various distribution center departments
