Usually, health aides don't need a college education. The most common degree for health aides is bachelor's degree with 28% graduates, with only 25% health aide graduates earning high school diploma. Health aides who decided to graduate from college often finish University of Phoenix or Remington College. Some good skills to have in this position include patients, home health and community health.
