STGi is currently seeking candidates for our to support our Wellness and Health Promotion Services contract with Federal Occupational Health as a casual/PRN Health Fitness Instructor in Washington, DC.
Job Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Service Operations
+ Instruct regularly scheduled group exercise classes.
+ Formats may include
+ M ind/body classes (e.g., Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi etc.)
+ Specialty classes (e.g., Zumba, Cycle, Les Mills formats etc.)
+ General classes (e.g., formats with a focus on strength, cardiovascular, and flexibility )
+ Instruct at various intensity levels (low to high) for participants of varying skill levels (beginner to advanced) .
+ Support on site programs as requested (ex: fitness assessments)
Administrative
•Start class on time.
•When a sub is needed, notify your Health Fitness or FOH Manager as soon as possible.
•Report attendance numbers as requested.
•Assist with the completion of safety event forms should there be an unusual incident.
Customer Service
•Manage customer/agency complaints professionally.
•Elevate concerns to your Health Fitness or FOH Manager
