HEALTH CARE CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR, MIT Medical, to lead the securing and ongoing management of all vendor contracts that are unique to MIT Medical. Will facilitate the identification of user needs, subsequent sourcing, and oversight and management of new and existing contracts; negotiate and manage enterprise-wide agreements with third-party vendors and ensure timely, accurate, and market-competitive rates; ensure--upon vendor selection--that contract terms are followed regarding payments and deliverables; and work closely with campus partners in the Department of Strategic Sourcing and Contracts. Will be held accountable by policy and contract criteria and industry standards to reduce risk to the Institute while simultaneously maximizing financial resources.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field; at least four years' contract administration experience; experience with proposal and RFP writing, development, technical writing/editing, and collaborating with subject matter experts; excellent time management, organizational, and oral and written communication; solid understanding of contractual language addressing areas of risk, including PHI, PI, intellectual property rights, copyright issues, and compliance; meticulous attention to detail; and advanced-level knowledge of Microsoft Office. Seek a proactive, self-motivated team player who can take ownership of and coordinate multiple projects/tasks while still delivering high-quality results; learn quickly and follow directions but demonstrate the flexibility necessary to change direction when needed; and collaborate across the organization to meet objectives under time constraints. PREFERRED: comprehensive knowledge of supply chain best practices; experience with strategic planning and sourcing, contract negotiations, cost savings, vendor management, and customer relations; experience dealing with and first-hand knowledge of a variety of professional service providers in the healthcare industry. We are hiring a Home Health Administrator to oversee its onsite Home Health and Home Support agency. This position is responsible for the overall management of Home Health and Home Support, including clinical and financial matters, federal and state regulatory compliance, business development, recruitment, and staff development.
Compensation: Commensurate with experience starting at $92000.00.

**How you will make an impact:**

+ Organizes and directs the operations to assure availability and provision of care and services.

+ Directs and monitors quality improvement programs; continuously evaluates and improves processes, systems, and workflows.

+ Evaluate systemic problems and develop action plans to address them. Reports results to superiors and subordinates, as appropriate.

+ Oversees, monitors, and analyzes Agency's outcomes; strive for improvement through the QI process.

+ Communicate with the clinical managers/supervisors/staff regularly to assure that documentation and care are accurate and reflective of client condition and meet Medicare guidelines.
