We are seeking a Route Service Driver for our Ambulatory Care Division in Allentown, PA. This position delivers HCSC programs and services to ambulatory care facilities, outpatient centers, clinics, surgi-centers and physician offices via non-CDL trucks in an assigned customer territory. Duties include, but not limited to customer relationship building, customer retention, and inventory management. The pay range for this position starts at $23.00 per hour based on experience. What you will be doing:
On-site inventory management in your assigned customer territory.
Completes and turns in all required paperwork in a timely manner
Performs other duties as assigned by management
What you will bring to the role:
High school diploma / GED required and previous customer service experience preferred
Valid and clear driver's license is required
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
Prompt arrival and regular attendance is mandatory and the availability to work overtime as needed

Additional Information
This position will be based out of the Allentown Ambulatory Care facility. They will be responsible for working the following schedule:

All new hires are eligible for bonuses. You will be eligible to receive up to $1000. New Employees are eligible for $500 after 90 days for retention and perfect attendance. Another $500 will be awarded after 180 days for retention and perfect attendance.

What you will be doing:
Performs multi-trade repairs, replacements, and preventive maintenance on plant equipment including boilers, washers, dryers, ironers, conveyors, pumps, and valves.
Inspects equipment daily to assess mechanical condition and identify potential failures or efficiency losses.
Troubleshoot and repair issues involving steam, water, air, and mechanical systems, using appropriate tools and diagnostic techniques.
Interpret and follow work orders, maintenance instructions, blueprints, and mechanical drawings with minimal supervision.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, operators, and other maintenance personnel to coordinate work and minimize production downtime.
Document all work performed accurately in maintenance logs or computerized maintenance systems.
Identify and report needed parts or equipment to initiate timely purchase requisitions.
Support continuous improvement and energy efficiency efforts throughout the facility.
Follow all safety and environmental procedures, including consistent use of required personal protective equipment (PPE).
What you will bring to the role:
GED or Highschool diploma and a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance of laundry equipment are required.
Completion of technical school or approved training in maintenance disciplines, including pipe fitting, steam systems, electrical, plumbing, mechanical repair, and safety requirements required.
Ability to effectively communicate across teams and departments.
Willingness to perform other duties as assigned.
Additional information:
This position reports directly to the Plant Engineer and will be based out of the Allentown, PA facility. They will be responsible for working the following schedule:
The normal hours for this position are Mon-Friday 11:00 pm to 7: 00 am
Must be able to push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds.
This position is subject to working in environments with moderate to high temperatures and loud noise levels. Additionally, it involves exposure to mechanical equipment, heights, high heat, chemicals, and airborne particles such as dust, fumes, and gases. Proper PPE is provided and required at all times.

**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Running refill reports, counseling consumers, making consumer phone calls, working with the pharmacy;

**Required Qualifications:**
+ Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Pharmacy program within 24 months prior to the start of internship
+ Working towards licensure as a Pharmacist in the state of Pennsylvania
+ Active licensure as a pharmacist intern in state of Pennsylvania
+ 6+ months of work experience in a pharmacy setting
+ Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization (F-1 students with practical training and candidates requiring H-1Bs, TNs, etc. will not be considered)
