Job Summary
This position is responsible for providing high-level consultative and strategic oversight for existing accounts to meet retention, service, and revenue targets. Cultivates relationships with clients and brokers, identifies sales opportunities, and service accounts to expand the business and meet corporate and divisional sales/renewal objectives. This position is responsible for complex accounts with national member scope.
Required Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree and 4 years' experience in Account Management, Insurance/Sales or Health Care field OR 8 years' experience in Account Management, Insurance/Sales or Health Care field.
* State General Lines Agent license or obtain General Lines Agent license within 90 days of starting in role.
* Experience presenting in front of a large audience.
* Experience building customer relationships.
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
* Requires in-depth industry knowledge.
* Knowledge of HCSC products.
* Decision-making skills.
* Knowledge of marketing (related to Account Management) and management techniques.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

Job Summary
This position is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely clinical review of behavioral health cases (Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)) for medical necessity including assisting members on the telephone, reviewing medical records, reviewing cases which involves contract interpretation of behavioral health diagnoses, and utilizing knowledge of medical necessity criteria for all levels of behavioral health care from outpatient office visits to acute in-patient to out-patient office visits, especially of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as appropriate for treatment within the Autism Spectrum Diagnoses (ASD).
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Registered Nurse (RN) or Masters-level Behavioral Health Professional (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LCPC, BCBA, RPsy) with current license to practice at the independent practice level.
* Current clinical license in state of operations and in good standings.
* 3 years clinical experience in psychiatric setting or own behavioral health practice.
* Verbal and written communication skills.

**Job Summary**
This position's primary focus is the management of members with specialty (ONCOLOGY) diagnoses. This position will be responsible for performing all functions of case management (CM) and is a primary source of contact for members, health care personnel and all other entities involved in managing specialty care. **Job Summary**
The role of the Client Management Health Systems Lead is to retain and grow existing Luminare Health Hospital and Health Systems accounts. This role is responsible for developing the overall strategy for Health Systems business and ensuring the retention, upsell and profitability goals are met or exceeded. **Job Responsibilities:**
+ Develop and execute the Luminare Health Hospital strategy and product roadmap in partnership with the Executive Director of Strategic Partnerships, the VP of Client Management and the Chief Growth Officer.
+ Serve as the Executive Sponsor to large, complex Hospital System clients. Engage with the clients at a strategic level helping them execute on their strategic priorities.
+ Work closely with Client Managers and Relationship managers on day-to-day client/broker issues as well as high priority issue resolution. Address and resolve complex client issues with a sense of urgency by assisting with escalations, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
+ Lead and mentor the client management team, ensuring effective guidance, performance oversight, and adequate staffing. Collaborate with training and compliance to support onboarding and continuous education, including industry updates, regulations, and product trends. Monitor KPIs to drive client satisfaction, retention, revenue, and service excellence.
+ Provide high level of customer service to all internal and external constituents by working proactively across department to meet client deliverables as well as providing timely and equitable issue resolution. Represent the client's perspective within the organization, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed by various departments.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver a seamless client experience. Partner with sales to understand prospect needs, tailor solutions, and support finalist presentations and RFP responses.
+ Lead market-based planning for the client engagement team, evaluate RFP performance, and gather market insights to inform product, process, and technology enhancements. Establish a framework to capture and act on feedback related to offerings, pricing, and contracts.
+ Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and brokers, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their needs within Luminare Health. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client relationships and through new client acquisition.
+ Other duties as needed/assigned.
**Job Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree in a related field.
+ Minimum of 12 years of leadership experience in client management, ideally within a complex or regulated environment, preferably in healthcare.
+ Direct experience working within a hospital or health system.
+ In-depth knowledge of the hospital and health system industry, including market trends and strategic challenges.
+ Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate meetings, resolve conflicts, build consensus, and collaborate across departments and organizational levels.
+ Proven ability to build and lead cross-functional teams, foster team morale, and drive shared success.
+ Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of analyzing complex situations and delivering innovative, sound solutions.

As the Physical Therapist Assistant you will perform treatment and provide exercise instruction and patient education aimed at improving/enhancing the patient's well-being while following the established plan of care.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Responsible for following all state specific laws governing the provision of physical therapy in home care, to follow the treatment set only as defined by the supervising PT; to perform only those procedures that he/she is qualified and trained to perform and to make all recommendations for changes in the plan of care to the supervising Physical Therapist
* Instructs and aids patients in active and passive exercise, muscle re-education, gait, functional, ADL, transfer, safety, and prosthetic training
* Observes, records, and reports to the supervising PT, the nurse supervisor, and/or the physician the patient's response to treatment and changes in the patient's condition. Coordinates care with the other members of the healthcare team as appropriate
* Instructs patient, family, caregiver, and other members of the health care team in the areas of therapy within the scope of the physical therapy assistant

Required Qualifications:

* Available to work a weekend rotation
