Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Director, Global Security leads the development and execution of a comprehensive global security strategy for a medical device company operating in over 90 countries. This executive-level role is responsible for protecting the organization's people, assets, information, and reputation through proactive risk management, compliance oversight, and crisis preparedness. The role requires strategic vision, operational excellence, and the ability to navigate complex and ambiguous environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement a global security strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
Security Management
- Lead a high-performing global security team, including internal staff and co-sourced partners.
Brand Ambassador
- Establish and maintain a world-class security culture, awareness, and training program.
Fiscal Responsibility
- Develop and manage the global security budget, ensuring efficiency and productivity
Risk Assessment
- Conduct global risk assessments to identify threats to people, property, and reputation.
Site Leadership
- Direct site security operations globally, ensuring optimal use of personnel and technology.
Crisis Management
- Co-lead Crisis Management and Business Continuity programs, including training and preparedness exercises.
Executive Protection
- Oversee executive protection and security for Board meetings and corporate events.
Global Events and Activities
- Manage international travel security and advance operations.
International Compliance
- Lead compliance with Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) and Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) programs.
Standards
- Develop global standards and policies for import/export security compliance.
Relationship Building
- Build strong relationships with law enforcement, intelligence agencies, and international security counterparts.
Cross Functional Relationships
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Executive Leadership, Ethics & Compliance, Legal, IT, HR, Operations and other departments to address security concerns.
Legal Processes
- Support litigation matters and liaise with law enforcement on criminal investigations.
Your qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree or its non-U.S. equivalent - required.
Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate and/or government security (law enforcement or other relevant experience) with a preference for experience in a global multinational corporation.
Experience in international security operations, especially the US-Mexico Border.
English language fluency required.
Travel:
25-50% global travel, often on short notice. Must be available 24/7 for emergencies and business continuity needs.
Preferred:
Advanced degree, including MBA, JD, or equivalent - preferred.\
Specific training in security, law enforcement, and global security areas - strongly preferred.
Experience in Healthcare industry - Device, Pharma, or Biotech is preferable.
Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred Other languages helpful.
Security certifications preferred (CFE, CPP, PSP)

Salary Range:
The anticipated average base pay range for this position is $180,000.00 - $220,000.00. In addition, this role is eligible for an attractive incentive compensation program and benefits. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the base posted.

The Senior Business Analyst (BA) works as a liaison between key business stakeholders and the Information Systems (IS) department. Works on multiple projects as an analyst, sometimes as a business subject matter expert (SME) in multiple functions.
Works with enterprise-wide business customers and IT senior management to understand business issues and their environment in order to manage enterprise-wide reporting information support systems.
Provides functional and technical expertise and direction for the development of complex enterprise-wide information system solutions.
Establishes relationships with customers, IT colleagues, contractors, vendors and consultants to influence strategic IT initiatives while managing their expectations.
Works with team members on problem definition and understanding stakeholder needs.
Works with the development teams to ensure projects remain focused on the solution scope.
Transforms business needs into clearly defined requirements that can feasibly be tested and implemented in a solution.

Works with stakeholders and teams to ensure as-is and to-be business processes are documented.
Responsible for the development, writing and communication of business requirements documentation and ensures appropriate stakeholder sign-off.
Assists with the solution selection process and helps identify which solution best fits the business need. Activities can include: vendor product research, RFP development, vendor demonstrations and scenario scripting, vendor selection criteria/scoring methodology.
Facilitates requirements reviews with all impacted stakeholders including business functions, IT security, IT infrastructure, application support, compliance, legal, and contracting.
Works with IS leadership in the initial budget estimates and resource requirements for solution implementation.
Oversees and consults on system and integration testing activities to ensure system is developed according to defined requirements.
Oversees user acceptance testing and obtains sign-off from business customers.
Stays abreast of significant change management initiatives, assesses organizational impacts and presents to appropriate leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Information Systems MIS or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 6 years of experience as a business/systems analyst on business solutions analysis projects.
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years' experience working in the healthcare/medical environment required.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of client activities, success stories, outreach and engagement activities, and professional development trainings.
Ensure all client and training data are captured in our systems and data workbooks.
Ensure client's physical and electronic files are accurate, up to date, and secure.
Submit complete and timely weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates.
Monitoring and Evaluation
Meet required quarterly and annual program deliverables.
Collect and track information; manage databases; prepare division reports. Conduct research and special projects as needed.

Requirements

Our Team:

Overnight image interpretation and consultations are covered by the Emergency Radiology section. Fluoroscopy call is shared within the Body imaging section (1:13). All radiologists have full home PACS workstations. A hybrid work schedule is promoted allowing for flexible onsite and remote work shifts. Current onsite coverage is approximately one day per week per Radiologist.
Subspecialty Practice:
The Pediatric Body imaging section is a diverse group of collegial pediatric radiologists with subspecialty expertise in Cardiac, Fetal, MSK, and Nuclear Medicine/PET. For this current position, subspecialized training and expertise is preferred, although recent fellowship graduates are encouraged to apply. All interventional procedures and neuroimaging studies are handled by the separate interventional and neuroradiology sections.
Research and Education:
Phoenix Children's Radiology faculty hold appointments to the University of Arizona College of Medicine (Phoenix), Mayo Clinic (Scottsdale), and Creighton University School of Medicine (Phoenix). An active program of teaching and research includes 3 ACGME-accredited Pediatric Radiology fellow positions, 2 additional non-accredited fellow positions (Neuro and IR) as well as fellows, residents, and medical students from affiliated Radiology programs. Phoenix Children's maintains a Master Research Agreement with Philips Health Tech, which supports an active program of clinical translational research of early-stage development hardware and software applications in imaging and image-guided therapy. With the rapid population growth of the Phoenix Metro Area, Phoenix Children's is expanding its footprint in the Valley with several new medical campuses. Resource Referral and Management
Identify and refer participants to other community resources and services, as needed, to achieve long-term financial success.
Identify, cultivate, and maintain effective relationships with key providers of other community resources and services, coordinating efforts as needed to maximize client impact.
Data and Reporting
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client activities, success stories, outreach and engagement activities, and professional development trainings.
Ensure all client and training data are captured in our systems and data workbooks.
Ensure client's physical and electronic files are accurate, up to date, and secure.
Submit complete and timely weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates.
Monitoring and Evaluation
Meet required quarterly and annual program deliverables.
Collect and track information; manage databases; prepare division reports. Conduct research and special projects as needed.
Track client service usage and outcomes, providing reports on service effectiveness and client satisfaction to improve service delivery.
Provide programmatic input and feedback to improve service delivery, program effectiveness, and innovation.
Collaborate with leadership to refine coaching methods and improve program effectiveness.
Submit timely weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to the leadership team.
Requirements:
Education Requirements: Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience. Some knowledge of personal finance (a plus, not required - necessary training provided for the role). Opportunities for training and professional development will be available.
Experience Requirements: One to three years' work experience in an office environment, 1:1 client engagement/case management experience welcomed.
Technology Requirements: Advanced Outlook, Advanced Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of modern web browsers.
Other Essential Knowledge/Skills: Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service skills required. Ability to function in a team environment. Proficiency in written and spoken English is necessary; Spanish speaking ability is required. Contacts: Internal. Communicate with all levels of the organization to exchange information, collect information, and coordinate projects. External. Communicate with volunteers, key volunteers, donors/ contributors, general public, vendors, public/government agencies, United Way agencies, and media to exchange information, collect information, coordinate projects, and sell or buy services.
