Position Description: * Work with the Office of College and Career Academies and be responsible for the pathway, recruitment of students, collaborate with community partnerships, market pathway successes, develop course of study, participate in group activities and take part in action research when appropriate. * Work with the Office of College and Career Academies to design, organize, and deliver skill- training opportunities as outlined by the Quality Program Rubric. * Assist in the development of the curriculum outline, guides and graded course of study utilizing the appropriate standards for the pathway in accordance with guidelines of the Ohio Department of Education. * Plan, instruct, and manage required student occupational opportunities through school-based learning, work-based learning, and connective activities.
