Prior to Health Carousel, Dalton worked for Tri-Health Systems, a 320-bed acute care facility, as the Director of Emergency Services where he won a Lantern Award for exceptional practice and innovation in an emergency department setting.

Erik Schumann is a President Health Carousel International & Chief Sales Officer at Health Carousel and is based in Cincinnati, Ohio. He has worked as Consultant, Global Services at Marina L.; Director, Sales at Convergys; and Senior Vice President Client Partner at Convergys. Erik attended Kelley School of Business between 1997 and 1999 and Denison University between 1987 and 1991.
