The primary responsibility of this position is to manage all aspects the Western Tidewater (WT) Screening Program. This position will have direct oversight and management of WT screening activities, conducting community screenings, data collection and data entry as well as all required reporting activity. This position will be responsible for the community outreach necessary to schedule, implement and conduct diabetes screenings. This position will act as a liaison between the investigators, providers, and community organizers.
