Role Responsibilities:
Deliver medical care at any clinic within the assigned market, stepping in to cover provider staffing needs.
Obtain and document comprehensive health histories and perform physical examinations on patients.
Diagnose medical conditions to include Erectile Dysfunction, Premature Ejaculation, Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT), shockwave therapy, and weight loss, and develop personalized treatment plans.
Counsel patients on their conditions and treatment options, ensuring they understand their care plan and next steps.
Prescribe medications in accordance with state and federal regulations, under the direction of a supervising physician.
Review and interpret incoming laboratory results, ensuring they are signed, dated, and followed up on promptly.
Collaborate with staff across multiple clinics to deliver consistent, exceptional patient experiences.
Maintain compliance with all medical, clinic, and market-level protocols.
Ensure that all clinical documentation is accurate, timely, and aligned with regulatory requirements.
Adapt quickly to varying clinic workflows, staff teams, and patient volumes within different clinics.

Nationally certified Advanced Practice Provider who provides primary and/or specialty care in a variety of healthcare settings. Key Responsibilities
* Perform complete, detailed, and accurate health histories, review patient records, develop comprehensive medical assessments, and order laboratory, radiological and diagnostic studies appropriate for complaint, race, sex, and physical condition of the patient
* Interpret and analyze patient data to determine patient status, patient management and treatment

Qualifications:
