The work-life balance can not be beaten. It provides enough PTO time to allow for doctor's visits, illnesses, and vacations.

We have recently started working remotely. It is not the easiest now that we do not have the stand-up desks as we did at the office. It is a benefit to work from home as it saves on commute time and gas money.
