The only pros were working from home on Fridays and the co workers I met
Mental and verbal abuse from the CMO. I was once shouted at that I “should my embarrassed” of my self due to a few typos I had in emails. I lived my life pretty much in fear of him, as pretty much everyone else does. The anxiety was constant, and I was always so frazzled. It got to the point where he had the sales manager call me if he was ever mad because he said he wouldn’t be able to control himself if he called me.
The co workers I met was the only positive experience I had
I have no idea what the CEO even looks like. The CMO is pure evil. My whole team underwent mental and emotional abuse from him. I suppose he thought if he was tough we would generate more revenue because the Investors are on his back
Fire upper management and hire people who won’t abuse you and are kind
Went on the terrible website
The salary was fair. No commission for the first 90 days
The company is very diverse
Honestly, there was no joy whatsoever. I hated every day of it because of the CMO
