I really love my team (Accounting/Finance). Everyone brings a different strength to the table and has each other's backs. Remote work available domestically. Fantastic benefits.
Remote work has its own challenges. You gain flexibility but lose engagement. Managers must work hard to maintain the enthusiasm/engagement of its division employees.

The leadership team brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table.
The CEO tone from the top is a bit inconsistent. At All Team Meetings he stresses optimizing individual talents and sends an amazing message that drives enthusiasm and engagement. But he refuses to hire senior HR talent and forces much of that responsibility onto others. HR law is far too complex for untrained labor to do it right. The HR division should have at least 3 dedicated staff members. It has one. This is a red flag.
Research the company online, know the profiles of senior management from LinkedIn. Glassdoor, Zippia reviews. Ask current employees about their experience.
Expect compensation to be lower, but with more flexibility.
