The Safety Engineer is a part of the Pepper Construction Company Safety Department. This position is primarily field oriented and is structured to ensure safe work practices are implemented and enforced on Pepper Construction projects. The Safety Engineer position takes a leadership role in developing and promoting our Pepper Safety Culture. The College Fire Safety Coordinator performs fire system management and coordinates inspections. The Program Coordinator processes invoices, performs procurement related duties, and under the direction of the Supervisor, ensures budgetary alignment. This role blends hands-on technical training delivery, training compliance management, and program administration to ensure MPW team members are properly trained, compliant, and prepared to work safely and effectively. The Coordinator serves as a subject-matter resource for EHS and Training programs, supports Learning Management System (LMS) administration, maintains regulatory training records, assists with audits and inspections, and supports the development and delivery of instructor-led and computer-based training. This role is critical to maintaining OSHA, EPA, and DOT compliance while strengthening MPW's safety culture and workforce capability.
