Reporting to a Director of Behavioral Science, you will serve as a key player in helping the Behavioral Science team influence decisions with rigorous insights that drive results. You Will:
Establish yourself as a strategic business partner with Brand Directors and managers, R&D directors, Customer leaders and the Marketing team.Translate insights and analytics into top and bottom line business impact.Drive an agile, analytically-driven approach to identifying and defining business opportunities for growth; develop learning plans, execute, analyze, and communicate learning related to our brands' present and future position in the marketplace.Advise on key strategic issue development to be addressed in annual operating and strategic business plans, serving as consumer and shopper business partner.Lead synthesis and communication of market, retailer and consumer trends; ensure relevant trends are acted upon in brand product and marketing strategies.Identify, develop and refine new/renovated products to support business growth.Lead the sourcing, interpretation and application of marketplace and consumer learning to develop marketing strategy and refine activation for prioritized brands.Drive application of a comprehensive range of research methodologies and suppliers, continuous improvement in techniques and cost.Apply our portfolio segmentation principles with regard to resource allocation, investments and the types of engagements with the brands.

* Lead collaboration between analytics and business teams to improve data models that feed business intelligence tools, increasing data accessibility, and fostering data-driven decision making across the organization.
* Partner with functional areas to ensure that reporting & analytics is driving insight that can be quantitatively measured and used with predictive analysis when applicable.
* Lead project planning and resourcing activities and manage the execution of projects according to plan.
* Recommend and integrate toolsets from vendors to provide seamless enterprise solutions regardless of the application.
* Proactively identify changes in work scope and ensure appropriate planning measures are taken with internal and external stakeholders to reassess and amend the scope of work, requirements, budget, and timeline.

Skills and Experience

* Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
* 5+ years of experience supporting SAP/CRM/Analytics systems with at least 3 years in a functional and/or project management role developing Business Intelligence solutions at an Enterprise Level
* 3+ year of experience with SAP S4HANA
* 2+ years of experience in Azure ML, Azure DevOps, and/or Azure Databricks
