Ensures client requests for TMF retrieval, reproduction, and re-filing or requested records or electronic images (e.g., PDF, jpeg) are met in a timely manner. Assists with the development and maintenance of the company's digital records/TMF training materials, SOPs, and guidelines and may perform training of new and existing staff. Assists with inspection and audit ready activities. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of the TMF Reference Model, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements. Serves as the liaison between eTMF records management and internal and external clients. Ensures deadlines, commitments, and goals are met by monitoring projects' daily activities. Serves as SME for project staff on TMF-related questions; determines methods and procedures for new assignments and provides guidance or supervision of personnel and subcontractors, including the oversight of day-to-day activities. QC reviews and approves documents to ensure that all new and updated documents are accurately entered for inspection readiness. Coordinates retrieval of records requested by users and prepares closed studies for transfer to final destination within agreed timelines. Assists management with implementation of plans, cost proposals, and resource projections for records management projects. Ensures TMF is audit ready. Qualifications: Minimum B.A./B.S. degree in science/healthcare field required 1+ years of relevant clinical research and TMF experience at a biotechnology, pharmaceutical company or CRO. Previous experience working in eTMF system software, Veeva Vault, and/or Transperfect Trial Interactive TMF preferred. Fully proficient in MS Office. Understanding of clinical research concepts and processes. Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements related to clinical document management. Demonstrates knowledge of ICH, GCP, and other regulatory guidelines as applicable to the management of clinical documentation. Advises Project Team members on key TMF issues. Experience training, mentoring and coaching staff. Skills: Strong organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail and follow through. Effective communications skills with internal and external customers. Highly resourceful and adaptable to effectively support multiple competing demands and changing priorities while exhibiting the highest level of customer service. This individual will be responsible for the following duties: Attend kick off meeting with design and or operations staff at beginning of project to ensure Level of Development, scope, project details and contract requirements are understood before modeling begins. Create 3D models utilizing Revit. Actively participate in BIM coordination and design meetings. Develop and model scopes as requested, including, but not limited to, Interior and Exterior Walls, including framing, Ceiling and Soffit Framing, Acoustical Ceilings, Specialty Panels, Raised Access Floor, Clean Room Walls, Clean Room Ceilings, Unistrut, No Fly Zones and other specialty scopes to required Level of Development using Revit, and other Revit add-on programs. Coordinate with point cloud files. Ensure models produced are spatially coordinated. In collaboration with Design and Operations teams, communicate with Engineers, Architects, General Contractors and/or clients to deliver and convert model into install drawings, which will be used by the field for execution of the work. Produce models and drawings that are consistent with instructions, guidelines, in-house standards and Project BIM standards. Perform BIM compliance checks of deliverables. Coordinate staff training to enhance staff members' knowledge and expertise of the standard and specialized software used as well as processes, innovation and new technologies. Actively monitor and streamline Revit models from projects and coordinate change management process for project to ensure all internal and external stakeholders are aware of changes and impacts to the project. Hold team members, both internal and external, accountable to deliverables, quality of work and the execution of a constructible model. Minimum Requirements : Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Revit framing plug-ins, Navisworks, Microsoft Office suite, office software packages and high adaptability to learning new software and technology. Ability to understand design and document coordination. Knowledge of construction industry, means and methods. Enforce company modeling standards and procedures. Able to work well in a group setting, as well as an individual with minimal supervision. Ability to work both individually and with a team, take direction and go beyond your job description when needed. Assist project team in Model and VDC project setup. Set-up and maintain project templates, workspaces, libraries, sheet-sets, line-weights, hyperlinking and plots.
