Knowledge of Mainframe IPL (Initial Program Load). Basic knowledge of hardware break fixes and storage functions is an advantage. Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability for complex problems. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to identify and implement automation opportunities.
