The Population Health Analyst supports COPC's population health initiatives by analyzing and compiling data from multiple systems and designing the analysis in an efficient format. Responsibilities include working with data management teams to compile datasets from a variety of sources to provide a comprehensive picture of health risks and consults with Population Health Management leaders on areas of opportunity.
