* Full-time position with split duties: providing individual counseling to a diverse caseload of adult clients with open child welfare cases who have behavioral health needs as well as providing supervision to the FAIR team of therapists.
* Supervisor will be managing a staff of therapists ensuring appropriate clinical services are provided, documentation is completed timely, and productivity targets are met.
* Therapists will be able to appropriately address the unique concerns of this demographic using excellent client engagement skills and evidence based therapeutic interventions.
* Therapists will submit necessary documentation in a timely manner, meet productivity targets, follow up on treatment recommendations, make appropriate referrals when necessary, and participate in training to strengthen effective delivery of services to clients.
