HealthAlliance of the Hudson Valley company history timeline
In 2009 the HealthAlliance of the Hudson Valley formed after recommendations from the Commission on Health Care Facilities in the 21st Century.
Effective February of 2013, Benedictine and Kingston Hospitals were renamed HealthAlliance Hospital: Mary’s Avenue Campus and Broadway Campus, respectively.
In 2013, the Foundation’s Board of Directors made the strategic decision to further expand their outreach into the local community by supporting initiatives beyond the hospital setting.
