The HR Credentialing Specialist is responsible for Haymarket Center's provider credentialing and primary source verification, maintaining provider licensure, medical malpractice insurance and certifications, assisting with credential committee meetings and preparing credentialing documents for Board Approval. Timely processing of initial credentialing and privileging and re-credentialing/re-privileging applications in accordance with HRSA Policy Information Notices (PIN). Haymarket Center is seeking multiple Outreach Specialists (2nd & 3rd shift positions) Position will conduct outreach on the transit trains and buses with a team providing direct services to individuals experiencing homelessness, mental illness and substance use. Identify target populations for engagement in project services; conduct assessments, create service plans, engage and link clients with appropriate services in hopes of connecting homeless individuals to needed treatment and housing resources. Essential Functions: Conduct outreach on transit platform/trains and platforms to engage members of the target populations into services; Conduct brief screenings and identify clients with substance use and/or mental health disorders in order to link them with appropriate resources; Outreach worker will need to utilize motivational interviewing techniques to engage the client in an assessment in order to identify needs and link to services; Collaborate to locate, create and maintain relationships with the homeless through outreach; Provide outreach to clients by providing food, clothing, transportation, case management and referrals for housing and shelters among other needed services; Completion of documentation in appropriate database in a timely manner; Follow all safety protocols; Other duties as assigned. Haymarket Center is seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist. This position is responsible for providing alcohol, drug and mental health evidence-based treatments to adults, including those with co-occurring disorders. Responsibilities include assessment, treatment planning, on-going individual and group therapy, case management, brief intervention and related documentation. This position works collaboratively with other providers daily. Requirements EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED: Master's Degree required. 3 years prior clinical supervisory experience CADC and or clinical licensure required (LSW/LPC) Knowledge of and ability to perform all “Core Functions”. Ability to handle multiple assignments at once.
