The Healthcare Analyst III is responsible for presenting analytical findings and recommendations regarding utilization to management and being proficient in identifying and quantifying opportunities to reduce medical costs within the market.
Essential Functions:

**Position Summary**

The Coach Analyst is key to the success of Huron's Cultural & Organizational Excellence Coaching team by providing administrative and project support. While fulfilling your day-to-day duties, you will be expected to achieve 90% satisfaction by the quarterly support survey and maintain 100% accuracy in the resource management system.

**Qualifications**

Responsibilities will include:

• Schedule all meetings and calls and update calendars to reflect all appointments with efficient allocation to allow mix of travel, meeting, phone & follow-up

• Book travel reservations (air fare, car rental, hotel accommodations, etc.)

• Support Coach site visits; including preparation and follow-up for visits, meetings, presentations and other correspondence as necessary

• Expense reimbursement support

QUALIFICATIONS:

Position Summary:

Responsibilities: Essential Duties

Responsible for implementations and continued support of electronic health record software integrations between B. Braun software/devices and customer EHR solutions.
Troubleshoots wireless and wired networks.
Setup Microsoft/Vendor server environments and Microsoft/Vendor SQL, along with a thorough understanding of debugging methods and assessment of different network topologies, wireless performance, MS server, MSSQL, and application communication.
Performs onsite assessment of Hospital networks.
Performs onsite assessment of Hospital servers.
Ability to use the assessment data to configure B. Braun systems to seamlessly integrate into the Hospital network.
Provides elevated support for customers experiencing issues related to the IT infrastructure needs of B. Braun product installations.
Installation of B. Braun software and configuration of Microsoft SQL databases.
Consults customers on implementation of products with respect to their environment.
Troubleshoots, diagnoses and resolves wireless connectivity issues across multiple layers including but not limited to DNS/DHCP, Radius, 802.1x, wireless LAN controller debugging, wired network configuration and routing configuration.
Review system logs, messages, sql queries to determine root cause and resolve communication issues between EMR solutions and B. Braun products.
