Mr. Samples has 12+ years of experience in advanced analytics, the majority of which has been within the healthcare industry. Mr. Samples currently serves as VP of Analytics and is responsible for leading the analytic and data operation functions that drive the solutions offered by Healthcare Bluebook. Previously, Mr. Samples was a leader in the analytics group of the Nashville based utilization management company MedSolutions. While there, he developed industry leading predictive modeling capabilities and excelled at leveraging the data assets of the company to bridge the gaps between clinical best practices and operational efficiency. Prior to MedSolutions, Mr. Samples held a number of roles at Healthways. He began his career there as a statistician in the Center for Health Research where he provided analytical insights related to program effectiveness and outcomes. He went on to be a key contributor in the Innovation and Insights group where he was responsible for providing analytic support for the development of the next generation of employer solutions. Mr. Samples is a Nashville native and holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in mathematical statistics from the University of South Carolina.

Mr. Nicholson is an Information Technology executive with 20 years of expertise creating and implementing strategic IT plans, building and developing cross-functional teams, overseeing operations for major business units, spearheading enterprise level technology projects for Fortune 200 clients, and standardizing development and operational processes across entire enterprises. Previously, Mr. Nicholson was a Principal at North Highland where he was responsible for selling and delivering IT strategy, implementation and development projects for companies of varying sizes. Prior to joining North Highland, Mr. Nicholson was Director of Web Development at Healthways. Mr. Nicholson oversaw Web Development for all consumer-facing Web applications and components, spearheading their Web strategy. Prior to Healthways, Mr. Nicholson served as a Principal Consultant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers where he led development projects for large clients, including Motorola, Keebler, Anheuser-Busch, Zurich American, Sodexho Marriott. Mr. Nicholson specialized in enterprise application design and configuration, implementing enterprise packages, such as SAP technologies, into client business architectures.
