The role at a glance:

NBBJ's consulting practice is seeking a Healthcare Consultant Clinician experienced in operations improvement, transition planning and operations readiness planning with expertise in process development, behavioral/practice change, and staff readiness. You will work closely with clients and our architectural design practice to help healthcare clients to safely and efficiently move to new operating environments.

Your New Role:

• Work within project teams through all project phases, from initial project definition through final implementation
• Understand, use and teach best clinical and transition project practices with healthcare clients and firm personnel
• Lead transition management teams for healthcare organizations
• Serve as a clinical and transition expert for NBBJ, including participation in national professional organizations
• Build and sustain client relationships from initial meetings through project delivery

What you will need to succeed:

• Passion for physical environments, processes and organizations that improve health and wellness
• Registered Nurse required, advanced degree desirable (MHA/MBA/MSN), with minimum 8 years proven clinical experience (in acute care, ORs, Interventional,
Cath/EP, Pediatric and/or Women's Health) and/or transition/operations readiness planning • Minimum 3 years organizational leadership experience
• Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with C-suite leaders as well as staff and physicians
• Strong presentation, facilitation and consensus building skills, both one-on-one and with groups
• Strong project management skills including plan development, work tracking, issue resolution, and project communications
• Process design and transition/operational readiness skills
• Curiosity, change orientation, optimism and a collaborative/collegial approach to work
• Willingness to travel (travel time varies; average 30%)
• Skilled user of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

**Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only:** The salary range for Colorado residents is $66,100 to $118,300. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $72,800 to $129,900.
