"Dairyland Expansion Approved," Pope County Tribune , May 2, 1994.
The Glendale Campus was established in 1995 when the Board of Trustees approved the purchase of land and the building of a new campus in Arizona.
By 1995, Dairyland had 291 customers in 24 states.
Dairyland was featured in Minnesota Technology magazine in 1996, where the company was described as the "nation's largest installer of software and computer services in hospitals with 100 beds or fewer.
Also in 1997, Oakwood Healthcare, Inc., formed a partnership with Michigan Affiliated Providers Company (MAPCo) to provide managed care administration services.
The medical division surpassed $15 million in sales by 1997.
In 1998 Dairyland acquired Integrated Health Systems, Inc. of La Jolla, California, resulting in the company changing its name temporarily to Integrated Health Systems-Dairyland.

On April 12, 2007, Community Medical Center consolidated its assets with OSF Healthcare System and is known today as OSF Holy Family Medical Center and OSF Holy Family Clinics in Monmouth, Illinois.

In 2022, Health Forward announced a five-year purpose plan that recasts our leadership, advocacy, and resources to advance and promote health equity by focusing on racial equity and economic inclusion.
