The pros of working for this company was their willingness to offer the position in spite of my minimal physical abilities.
In this very recent experience the cons are not enough support for their employees, progress is not recognized enough or appreciated.
I have not received any perks or benefits.
Having the opportunity to manage my own care, by providing services to others that may struggle with obtaining Health care information. Also it will educate me on understanding of my medical illness and what appropriate steps to take with protection. Also it would also be a career in something that I have over 5years working.Passion for helping other's and motivated to learn on Health care
Being able to engage with consumer and listening to feedback being able to support.
Health to manage health
Love the team work and how everyone took on different task when it were presented whether it were challenging or not. I had team support.
I would have it Equal opportunity meaning different diversity color, disability, origin everyone Will be giving a opportunity. Links to different services

good coworkers
there is never the correct ingredients to make items frome the menu. the pay sucks, they have unrealistic expectations like making the menu items harder to make while cutting two hours from your shift then taking two hours off of your shift then cutting employees from two cooks and two aids per shif down to one cook and one aide per shift
the residents and the weekends without managment
nothing
show more appreciation to the front line employees since they are the reason the company even exists
none
its very diverse.
managment free weekends.
the hours are flexable depending on your manager but everyone has to work the weekends.
no over time no pay raises.
I enjoyed the residents that why I stayed.
The pros of this company have nothing to do with the company it self the only good thing about working for this compan is the residents i care for.
We are treated as disposable Director of operations Hasan said frontline staff is a “revolving door” when asked about giving insensitive and maybe a pay raise.
Absolutely none other than my district manager
The only good person in the leadership team is Ron East.
Make staff feel as if they are valued, seen, and heard because without frontline staff we have no company.
In my experience compensation with this company is very very low below average.
There is diversity
The only thing that brings me joy out of this company is the reaidents and the staff of the facility i work at.
, Lousy management , low pay, employees don't stay cause it doesn't hire enough workers , the managers are lazy, they don't care about the problems but only about keeping the contracts , the manager I work with allows people to clock in and disappear/leave the building only to come back after many hours only to clock out and, consequentially, getting paid without working.
None
Hire competent managers who do not show favoritism
Never again with this ridiculous company
Extremely low
Very uneven
Nothing ....there is a lots of stress and unhappiness. Definitely a depressing job mainly due to the managers' incompetence and preferential behavior

Management is horrible in the kitchen and it was a lot of drama. They don’t like to give raises or advancement opportunities

The elderly people that I cleaned rooms for. These ladies was so sweet and some loved to talk. I really enjoyed being around them.
The way the employees acted. Most didn’t want to work or was always rude and trying to start drama between other employees.
Paid time off was a plus. After working there a year you get one week paid off.

Working with the residents
the company don't believe and giving raise and pay their help more money
don't have none
I have a good, understanding supervisor who pitches in and tries to help.
I have been waiting for the past THREE MONTHS for working on Memorial Day. Wasn't paid for working on July 4th/Independence Day either. Neither were my coworkers. A coworker of mine worked a double shift on July 4th, but got neither overtime NOR holiday pay. My supervisors have constantly given empty promises of holiday pay and pay raises after three months (have gotten neither) They treat workers as expendable and blame them for their own shortcomings. The payroll staff based in Bensalem are terible and don't understand the concept of holiday pay. They are better suited to working on adult coloring books&painting by number. Healthcare Services Group does NOT take care of its employees, even if direct supervisors are genuinely decent human beings.
The dental/eye benefits are decent.
I like the elderly people that are in the rehab facility
They (the company) likes to pinch pennies, profit comes first, and the residents are the ones that suffer
Flexability
