Responsibilities
Manage multiple school accounts in a designated geographic area in compliance with policies and regulations.
Lead custodial and laundry teams (if applicable) to meet quality, safety, and customer service standards.
Maintain accurate records of income, expenditures, personnel, supplies, and equipment.
Provide and document training for all employees in the assigned area.
Perform custodial and floor technician duties when necessary.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in management or related field (preferred); high school diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years of custodial services experience, preferably in healthcare or school environments, with supervisory experience.
Specialized training in custodial and laundry equipment operation is desirable.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to manage budgets and grow accounts.
Professional and positive relationship-building skills with staff and school executives.
Proven success in P&L and budget management.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with a track record of growing accounts.
Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods.
Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
Must be able to work around cleaning products.

2. Provide technical support for all equipment related to the nursing center-based practice of Respiratory Therapy.
3. Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations. Is knowledgeable of the Medicare regulations and coverage decisions provided by CMS.
4. Therapy includes but is not limited to the application and monitoring of:

b. mechanical ventilator support
c. artificial airway care
d. bronchial hygiene
e. pharmacological agents related to respiratory care procedures
f. cardiopulmonary rehabilitation

5. Diagnostic activities include but not limited to:
a. Obtaining and analyzing physiological specimens

14. Perform pulmonary diagnostic tests.
15. Document resident procedures, organize and analyze data, maintain accurate records.
16. Conduct resident assessment and make treatment recommendations, and make a decision based upon protocol.
17. Interact positively with staff, physicians, residents, and family members.
18. Screen, evaluate, and treats residents as per the plan of care. Ensures that residents who are admitted for treatment receive the required services and that the service delivery is documented appropriately.
19. Develop and maintain an administrative record-keeping system that provides an accurate record of the number of treatments given and charges incurred.

Qualifications required of Respiratory Therapist:

General Description
Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing Services, the Unit Manager has authority, responsibility and accountability for the overall management of residents on a designated unit. The Unit Manager is responsible for directing, coordinating, and supervising the activities of nursing staff engaged in specific nursing practices and is responsible for transmitting each unit's staff concerns to the appropriate department supervisor.
Essential Duties
* Perform various duties to provide quality nursing care to residents to maintain or attain the highest practical level of functioning as illustrated by the following: Plans effective administration of nursing care in cooperation with other health related disciplines on each unit. Evaluates incidents and determines emergency measures to be used. Monitors and directs emergency treatment to residents and staff involved in accidents. If necessary, notifies the attending physicians and appropriate persons. Completes the incident report with causes investigated and corrective actions taken and/or suitable recommendations made to avoid recurrence, for review by Facility Quality Assurance Committee. Updates the Care Plan with new interventions.
* Handles resident or staff grievances and/or refers them to the appropriate department supervisor.
* Conducts resident rounds to monitor and/or supervise nursing care, observe and report on condition of residents, and promote a safe, clean, comfortable environment.
* Establishes and maintains resident care systems per standardized procedure that are consistent throughout the Facility.
* Assists in establishing and maintaining a positive staff and good public relations.
Other Duties
Provides hands on nursing care to residents as needed as a licensed practical nurse or registered nurse, consistent with the state's Nurse Practice Act. A brief description of RN Supervisor

Requires manual dexterity sufficient to provide hands-on care to residents as well as to operate standard office machines such as fax, telephone, etc. Requires normal range of hearing and vision. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds, and transfer and transport residents. Must be able to carry and transport supplies. Qualifications:
