The fact that I don’t anymore
WAY too much work and stress for the pay. Only work here if you want to get and stay sick. Illness is just passed around as you are required to work no matter what. Very little hand washing or glove use and then you’re crammed together elbow to elbow. This place isn’t safe for employees or patients.
The patients
Wonderful staff, co-workers and most management. I will definitely miss them.
Not being treated as a full grown adult by upper management. Way too many ridiculous, petty rules, that demoralize.
Helping people who actually need and appreciate it. But the patients. I fell in love every day.
